Privacy policy

This policy explains how EnPrisma (“we”, “us”), based in Athens and Larissa, Greece, handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and any details you choose to share, such as your company, phone number, industry, budget and message. When you book a call, the booking provider collects the details needed to schedule it.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and, where applicable, the performance of a contract.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses for security.
• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Cal.com, if you book a call through our booking link.
• Google (Google Analytics), if you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are only set if you select Accept in the cookie banner, and they expire after up to two years. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We remember your choice for six months in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing smenprisma@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
